Hire Terms & Conditions
APS Executive Chauffeur Service (referred as the Company) undertakes to hire vehicle(s) to the client (the person booking and paying for the service) for the period of hire, under the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment direct to Company at time of booking, either by using our online booking form or by phone.
2. Payment accepted by credit card at time of booking, using our online booking form or by phone in person.
3. All bookings require credit card confirmation.
4. Payment direct to driver on completion of the job (subject to term 3 above).
5. Credit card bookings subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Debit card payments are net.
6. All prices are net of UK VAT charged at the current rate (17.5%).
7. The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as APSTRAVEL.
8. Any variations to the journey(s) originally discussed, booked and agreed between the Company and the client may be subject to additional charges, if these charges involve extra time and/or distance being covered.
9. The Company reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur without prior notice.
10. The Company reserve the right to amend, change, delete or add to our terms and conditions whenever necessary, without prior notice.
11. The Company reserves the right to alter it's charges.
12. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured to carry fare paying customers (babies and young children each count as one passenger).
13. All car parking and other expenses incurred charged at cost.
14. A 25% surcharge is levied on all journeys starting or ending between the hours of midnight to 05:00 a.m. All journeys starting or ending between 14:00 on Christmas Eve to 23:00 on New Year's Day will be subject to a 100% surcharge.
15. We do not include gratuities on any of our prices, and whilst always appreciated are never expected (all gratuities, if given, should be direct to your chauffeur).
16. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuset to take anyone whom they deem unfit to travel for any reason.
17. There is a £15.00 charge on all airport pickups to cover meet and greet service and parking.
18. Two hours maximum waiting time at airports unless contact made by customer.
19. We accept no responsability for meet and greet service unless a passenger mobile number is contactable by your chauffeur.
20. All self induced illness in one of our vehicles (through excess drink, ect) will be charged at £250.00 plus valeting.
21. Any abuse either verbal or physical to our chauffeurs is not acceptable and may be reported to the police.
